1. Acceptance of Terms
By applying to or participating in the Fashiozen Influencer Partner Program (“Program”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not participate.
2. Eligibility
- You must have an active social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- Fashiozen reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.
- Participants must be at least 18 years old.
3. Program Overview
- Influencers receive:
- A unique referral link and/or coupon code
- Access to the affiliate dashboard
- Influencers promote Fashiozen products via content (posts, videos, stories, etc.)
- Commissions are earned when customers purchase using your link or coupon.
4. Commission Structure
- Influencers earn 15%+10$ commission per order
- Commission is:
- Lifetime-based (applies to returning customers linked to you)
- Valid only for successful and completed purchases
- Commission will NOT be granted for:
- Cancelled orders
- Refunded transactions
- Fraudulent or duplicate purchases
5. Tracking & Attribution
- Sales are tracked via:
- Unique referral links
- Coupon codes
- The last valid referral source may determine commission eligibility
- Fashiozen’s system tracking is final in case of discrepancies
6. Payment Terms
- Commissions are paid:
- After order confirmation and validation period
- Minimum payout threshold may apply (if you want, e.g. $50)
- Payments may be delayed if:
- Fraud is suspected
- Customer refunds occur
- Fashiozen reserves the right to adjust or reverse commissions if necessary
7. Influencer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Promote Fashiozen in a truthful and ethical manner
- Use your own original content (UGC preferred)
- Clearly disclose partnerships when required (e.g., #ad, #sponsored)
- Maintain brand image and positioning (luxury, premium, stylish)
8. Prohibited Activities
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Running paid ads using your affiliate link (Google, Facebook, etc.)
- Misleading claims or false advertising
- Spam or unauthorized promotions
- Self-referrals (using your own link to purchase)
- Using bots, fake traffic, or fraudulent methods
Violation may result in:
- Account termination
- Commission forfeiture
9. Content Usage Rights
By participating:
- You grant Fashiozen the right to:
- Use your content for marketing (ads, website, social media)
- No additional payment is required unless separately agreed
10. Brand Collaboration & Growth Opportunities
- Influencers may receive:
- Paid collaborations
- Exclusive product access
- Higher-tier opportunities based on performance
- Continued performance may unlock additional benefits
11. Account Termination
Fashiozen reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate accounts at any time if:
- Terms are violated
- Performance is unsatisfactory
- Upon termination:
- Unpaid commissions may be withheld
12. Program Modifications
- Fashiozen may:
- Change commission rates
- Update program rules
- Modify or discontinue the program at any time
- Continued participation means acceptance of updates
13. Limitation of Liability
- Fashiozen is not responsible for:
- Technical errors
- Tracking issues
- Loss of earnings due to system issues
- The program is provided “as is” without guarantees
14. Independent Relationship
- Influencers are independent partners
- This agreement does NOT create:
- Employment
- Agency
- Joint venture
15. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the business registration jurisdiction (UK, in your case)
